About Dr. Gary T. ScardinoDr. Gary lives in Bucks County and is practicing in Newtown. Dr. Gary attended The College of New Jersey (then Trenton State College) where he met his wife, Marggie. After attending Chiropractic School in Georgia they knew that they wanted to return to this area and raise their two sons. Dr. Scardino took over McAulay Chiropractic in June 1998. When Dr. Gary isn't at the office he is usually out playing with his sons ( his favorite hobby!), riding bikes, playing soccer or just hanging out. Scardino is certified in Chiropractic Pediatrics and was the President of the Pediatrics Club at Life University where he was awarded a plaque for his endless commitment to Chiropractic Pediatrics. Dr. Scardino had the honor of learning from the late Dr. Larry Webster who is known in the chiropractic field as the Grandfather of Pediatric Chiropractic and who developed the Webster Breech Turning Technique. ( A non-invasive chiropractic technique developed to turn breech babies into vertex presentation.) Dr. Scardino is also proficient in many chiropractic techniques including: Diversified, Thompson, Toggle, and Life Upper Cervical Specific Technique. Dr. Scardino mostly uses the Torque Release Technique (TRT) a low force adjustment combining the greatest subluxation diagnosis methods with the most advanced low force adjusting technique A Strong Educational Background"I understand that the education of a chiropractor plays an intricate part in his ability to deliver quality care. Dr. Scardino feels that his main goal as a Doctor of Chiropractic is to live up to the fullest responsibility of his title. Second, as a Doctor (which literally means teacher), Dr. Scardino strives to educate his patients of their responsibility to learn about and make healthy choices to better their own infinite health potential.
